Hey guys.
So, after watching the most recent episode (episode 11) I've started thinking that right now would really be the perfect moment for Merlin's magic revealment to Arthur (of course it would have to happen when Merlin is able to use his magic, but hopefully the loss of his magic will only be temporary).
In ep 11, Arthur said himself that he didn't mind that Kara was a druid and only minded whether she killed or not. So I think that there should definitely be a reveal in part 1, and part 2 could show how everyone goes about it.
I think that if they don't do the reveal at the start or mid of ep 12, then it'll be very interesting if Merlin reveals his magic to Arthur at the very end and then credits role. Or, if the reveals not in ep 12 then, in ep 13 Merlin reveals his magic at the start and then the opening credits come up.
