- This article is about Tom the miner, a recurring character and resident of Camelot. For the article about Guinevere's father, see: Tom.
Tom was the husband of Rose and a resident of the city of Camelot's Lower Town.
Biography[]
Tom led the team of miners who discovered Cornelius Sigan's tomb beneath the citadel, and fled when one of the men set off a fatal booby trap. Later, in the Rising Sun tavern, Tom recounted his experience to Cedric, a thief, who paid him for information about the tomb and the treasures inside and then stole the money back when Tom wasn't looking (The Curse of Cornelius Sigan).
When Tom broke one of his ribs, he consulted Gaius, the Court Physician, for treatment. Gaius, who had been possessed by a Goblin, gave Tom a nonsensical examination and declared that he would certainly die. He then took Tom's wife Rose aside and convinced her to buy an expensive remedy that he claimed would save Tom's life (Goblin's Gold).
