Sir Oswald was a knight in the land of Albion. He was killed by Dagr while traveling with his friend Sir Ethan to participate in the Camelot Mêlée.
Biography[]
At some point in his life, Sir Oswald spent some time in Camelot, the circumstances of which are unknown. He became friends with Arthur and Gaius, who later remembered him as a kind and thoughtful soul.
Oswald returned to Camelot with his friend Sir Ethan to participate in the annual Mêlée. When they were half a day's ride from the city, thugs Dagr and Ebor attacked their camp and Oswald, Ethan, and their servant were killed.
After killing the knights, Dagr placed some of Sir Oswald's blood on an enchanted crystal, which allowed him to assume Oswald's form. Ebor did the same with Ethan, and the thugs used their identities to sneak into Camelot so they could get revenge on Arthur. However, Dagr and Ebor's true identities were eventually revealed after they were killed during the Mêlée (Gwaine).
