Niede is a powerful Seer and sorceress. She serves as one of three members of the Court of the Disir.
Biography[]
Niede was chosen at birth to train as a seer and soothsayer. She eventually became a member of the Court of the Disir, whose only task was to interpret the word of the Triple Goddess.
Niede and the other members of the Disir survived the Great Purge and remained at their home in Caerlanrigh, which was the centre of their powers.
Three years into the reign of Arthur Pendragon, Niede and the other members of the court sat in judgment of him because of his persecution of those who followed the Old Religion. They demanded that he embrace the Old Ways and bow to the Triple Goddess. When Arthur refused, they cast judgment on him by saving the life of Sir Mordred, who was destined to kill Arthur at Camlann (The Disir).

Like the other Disir, Niede was a highly skilled seer and soothsayer. She was also a powerful sorceress capable of wielding a magical staff and performing nonverbal magic (The Disir).
