Mark Williams is a British actor who voiced the Goblin in the episode Goblin's Gold of the BBC series Merlin. According to Colin Morgan, who plays Merlin, Williams improvised many of the Goblin's lines and sound effects. Williams is well known for portraying Weasley patriarch, Arthur Weasley in the Harry Potter film series. The only Harry Potter film he wasn't in was the first one. He also playes Brian Williams, father of the Doctor's companion Rory Williams, in the seventh series of Doctor Who.
