Magical wolves are animals which were probably under Morgana's control as she uses them to take down and capture the men that venture into the Northern Plains, making them work in the mines beneath the Fortress of Ismere. These beasts are also seen pulling the High Priestess' sledge, and have the ability to call the High Priestess. It is implied that they possess fearsome strength, as the knights of Camelot fled at the sight of one of them (Arthur's Bane).
