- This character has the same name as Queen Mab who appeared in the 1998 film Merlin where she was the evil and twisted sister of The Lady in the Lake.
- It is currently unknown what Mab's role will be in the episode 'The Dark Tower'. She can be seen in the promo for the Dark Tower where she is seen in the water.
