James Callis portrayed Julius Borden, an old pupil of Gaius who seeks a dragon egg, by stealing three parts of a triskelion in the episode, Aithusa of the BBC series Merlin.
Callis is perhaps most well known for his role as Baltar in the America sci-fi Battlestar Galactica and as Tom, Bridget Jones's best friend, in Bridget Jones's Diary[1] and Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason[2]. He has also appeared in Syfy's Eureka as Dr. Trevor Grant and in Helen of Troy as Menelaus.
James portrayed the character Merlin in the film Merlin and the Book of Beasts as well.
