The Innkeeper was a man who served drinks to Arthur and Merlin in a tavern in Essetir. As he sloped their drinks on the table, he expressed a frank hostility. When Arthur asked him about Balinor, even with a generous reward, he received a flat refusal (The Last Dragonlord).
