Guinevere. It's good of you to let me stay in your home.
Arthur to Gwen[src]

Guinevere's House is a small house located in Camelot's Lower Town. It is the family home of Guinevere Pendragon, Tom, and Elyan.

The house is a simple one-room structure furnished with a bed, a dining table, and a few shelves and drawers. It also has a small storage area.

History

Gwen's house

Gwen teaches Merlin about armour.

Merlin visited Gwen's house when she taught him about armour (Valiant).

Merlin snuck into Gwen's house to heal Tom after he contracted a magical plague (The Mark of Nimueh).

Merlin took Lancelot to Gwen's house so she could measure him for a knight costume (Lancelot).

After Tom was executed for trying to escape from prison, Arthur ensured that Gwen's home would belong to her for life (To Kill the King).

Arthur stayed at Gwen's house while posing as Sir William of Deira in a jousting tournament. Though a rude and inconsiderate houseguest, Arthur grew closer to Gwen during his stay and learned humility and respect for the everyday lives of commoners, and he and Gwen shared their first kiss (The Once and Future Queen).

Merlin mistakenly delivered flowers and a love note to Gwen's house that were meant for the Lady Vivian. Gwen later decorated her house for a date with Arthur, but he failed to appear (Sweet Dreams).

Merlin hid in Gwen's house after escaping from prison (Goblin's Gold).

Cenred's men kidnapped Gwen from her house as part of a plot to trap Arthur. Her brother Elyan, who had also been kidnapped, later moved back in with her when he permanently returned to Camelot (The Castle of Fyrien).

Merlin visited Gwen after Uther because of her relationship with Arthur (Queen of Hearts).

Merlin, Arthur, and Gwaine found Elyan hiding in the house after the Fall of Camelot (The Coming of Arthur).

Shortly after he became King of Camelot, Arthur went to Gwen's house to tell her that he could no longer see her romantically (His Father's Son).

Gwen's house II

Arthur decorated Gwen's house with candles before proposing.

Arthur surprised Gwen by decorating her house with candles before proposing to her. Lancelot later visited Gwen to wish her luck and give her a bracelet. The bracelet was enchanted with a love spell that eventually caused Gwen to kiss Lancelot. Arthur caught them and exiled Gwen for her betrayal, forcing her to leave her home (Lancelot du Lac).

After Gwen married Arthur and was crowned Queen of Camelot, she moved into Arthur's chambers in the citadel and permanently left her house (The Sword in the Stone).
