Engerd is a village in the kingdom of Essetir. It is located near Camelot's border and is where Balinor was last seen after he was forced to flee Ealdor.
History
When Kilgharrah began attacking Camelot, Merlin and Arthur set out on a journey to find and seek help from Balinor, the last Dragonlord. According to Gaius, he was last seen in the border town of Engerd, so Merlin and Arthur went to a tavern there and offered a reward for information on his whereabouts.
Though no one took them up on their offer, a thief called Asgerd later snuck into their room to steal their money. Arthur captured him and held him at sword-point, but decided to spare him after Asgerd told them that Balinor was living in a cave at the foot of the Feorre Mountains (The Last Dragonlords).
