Cerdan was the father of Mordred.
He and his son (Mordred) went to the market and tried to sell something to a stall man but he said he was sorry and called the guards, he told his son to run after he used magic to close the gates. He was captured by Uther. Later while Morgana and Merlin took care of Mordred , they saw Cerdan get beheaded.
